Proxima is the official distributor of SKF, a global leader in bearing manufacturing. We are dedicated to providing top-quality products and solutions to our clients across various industries. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking two dynamic and motivated Salespersons to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in driving sales initiatives and achieving targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the SKF office for training and product knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and SKF’s product offerings.
• Conduct business trips and visit customers in the region as needed.


Qualifications:

• Technical Background: A solid understanding of technical concepts is essential.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages is required. English is an advantage.
• Age: 22-40 years old.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Driver’s License & Own Car: A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.
• Availability: Willingness to travel for business trips and visit customers in the region.
• Training: Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training at the SKF office.


Compensation:

• Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses.
