Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and visuals.
Create high-quality illustrations and designs for both digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising, packaging, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the desired style and tone of voice.
Modify and refine existing designs based on feedback.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of final products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Designer/Illustrator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
Strong drawing and illustration skills, with an ability to adapt to different styles.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in animation or motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience working with clients or within a creative agency environment.
A degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
